Deleting your account

You can have your account and everything recorded under it erased. You do not need the app installed to ask.

How to ask

Through your teacher or institution: accounts here are opened by them and they can have yours removed. Ask them, or write to us directly at the address below.
Not signed in, or no longer have access: write to the address below from the email on your account, and say that you want it deleted.

What is erased

Your profile and sign-in credentials, your memorisation progress and plan, your assessment results, your recitation recordings and their reviews, your wallet history and your messages.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of completed payments are kept for as long as tax law requires, stripped of everything that is not needed to satisfy it. Nothing else survives the deletion.

How long it takes

Within 30 days of the request. You are told by email when it is done.
